Topic: Error Message?

One of my students is trying to add voice to a character like she has been the entire time. She keeps getting an "Error" box. What can we do to fix this?

Hi Kathleen,

Sorry for the delay, upon examining with our database, some of your students have been used up all text-to-voice credits for the month, and that is the reason for the error to shows up, they will have to wait until those used quota to expire before they can use again. If you have found the errors shows up without used up all the TTS credits, please let me know and I will look into it for you.
